- The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and any accessories included.
- The item must not have been worn or damaged in any way. Shoes should be tried on a soft surface, like a carpet, to avoid any wear or damage to the soles.
- The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sale items or products marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to service@guvuba.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include a brief reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping the Return: Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and send them back to the address provided. Please include the RA number and the original proof of purchase inside the return package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Customer-Paid Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Processing Time for Returns and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds: If you are requesting a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or style, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect the original return.

We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the defect or damage in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly.
7. Items Received Incorrectly
If you received an item that does not match your order, please contact us right away at service@guvuba.com. We will arrange for a free return and ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
